Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I cleared all my rounds, I had discussion with Delivery Head and COO which was good and was given a go ahead with the offer, However in the last round of discussion it seems the HR was pretty much adamant on the expected CTC even after delivery approving. Based on the experience the HR was not competent enough to ask reasonable questions and bit of judgmental of everything you respond. I had informed about the expected CTC in all the rounds and they were okay with it always said it falls into the budget. The HR was offering 16LPA for Senior Manager profile/ Program Manager with 15 years of experience. While what they had advised on was 28 LPA and agreed upon during all the rounds. While i disagree and asked the HR since the expectations was set since beginning she simply mentioned they do not have budget. While other side is the COO and delivery head cleared the round saying they are okay with the expected CTC. The HR kind of changed the tone saying all HR jargons etc. While i was not okay with the offer she said she will discuss and revert. After 2 days the Vendor who sourced my profile said the HR rejected the profile saying stability issue it was joke since i was working with my previous company for 13+ years i was like LOL. Overall i did not have good experience with HR discussion at Niveus solutions and the Organization of CHRO needs to relook at the hrbp as organization continue to loose the essential talent from the Market due to malpractices.

It was merely a time waste and pathetic experience with Niveus HR round, Since HR function should work with complete transparency with all mal practices i got the hint it was a right decision not to accept the offer. If the Company does not have the budget then they should not waste others time.
Highly recommended one should NOT join this company as they do not stand by their word so it is evident you will not have the fruitful career here.
