Is 34 LPA CTC good enough for a 8yrs of experienced candidate?
Wipro made me an offer of almost 34LPA (30.6L (FP) + 10% (VP)) for the Tech Lead position in the B3 Band. I have eight years of experience overall, including six years of relevant expertise in the functional side of Oracle EBS SCM and two years in the core field side as a purchase engineer. My current CTC is 26.5 LPA, which includes 2.4L(VP) and 24L(FP). Is it worthwhile to leave my current organisation and take a reasonable walk?
Also, If I try, will I get more than the offered CTC?
