Career suggestion

Everything. People here work less and gossip more, have more politics than in real political parties. Management does not have any managing skills. HR does not have individual voice. Working here was hell

Senior Product Support Specialist

Horrible place to work. Nobody likes Praful Mittal and he has farmed nearly all corporate jobs out to his relatives in India. The support he provides his franchisees is severely lacking and many have closed, sold, etc. in the past few years. When franchisees ask for support, all they get is a deaf ear. Not worth paying thousands of dollars to Win monthly for nothing in return. If you question him, you can expect a rude nasty email or phone call in return. The few corporate office people still in the USA don't like working with him and most of the franchisees also can't stand him either. It's not a good working environment for anyone.

In short, WIN Home Inspection has a potentially rewarding work environment that values independence, motivation, and continuous self-improvement. The work environment at WIN Home Inspection is likely to be challenging for you, if you are someone with a laidback attitude, procrastinates, or even someone accustomed to external positive reinforcements and rewards. There are occasional shoutouts, but you are expected to be a self-starter, self-motivated, solution-oriented person who is open to communication.
If you are struggling with prioritization, the VP at WIN Home Inspection is the best person to guide you. If you are stuck with external communication, the training and marketing teams, and even the Director of Operations can be a good source of validation. If you are stuck in the status quo reach out to peers and then get more insights from the CEO or the VP after doing your homework first. These are the best practices of star performers at WIN. If you are up for learning and collaborating then join WIN, if not please do not waste anybody's time. I feel life at WIN Home Inspection is similar to trekking and camping trips, there is fun and banter with some real quality work. It's all in your perspective and stage of your career. I found the pay and the learning from my projects rewarding. The HR and the interviewers did not hide anything from me, and I signed up for the adventure here.

Manager

One of the best things about working at WIN is the dynamic and ever-collaborative team. I like the way how senior employees are always willing to share their knowledge, and the managers and leaders encourage learning and progress, regardless of the outcome. Having said that, it does not mean that quality work and respect for deadlines aren't important here. You have to provide regular updates across multiple Slack channels. Initially, it was a bit challenging for me, but it soon became part of the muscle memory.
My role gave me a chance to work across departments including leadership. I've spent the most time collaborating with the VP, the Director of Operations, and their reportees. I have learned about simplifying processes and people and change management. And though the CEO is pressed for time, he managed to share deep insights on some glaring gaps which somehow didn't strike us due to the blindspot of working on something day in and day out. He is okay if you make mistakes as long as you are learning, but excuses are a strict no-no while communicating with him. The motto here is as long as you make progress, you either win or learn something from the outcome, whether positive or negative. Just don't sit on tasks and let things linger.

They never credit the salary on time, they never appreciate your work, the CEO bashes you in front of everyone, and you are treated like a slave, There are many other issues, but I don't want to waste any more time on this company.

Marketing Manager

What I appreciate about working at WIN is the unique experience of receiving direct abuses from the CEO in the team calls. I hope this level of candidness continues, as it contributes to the dynamic environment and company culture!

Everything from work culture to job security is disliked by this company's employees, but the CEO is the most disliked person, and 90% of the working employees would agree with me.

SEO Specialist

I don't like anything about the company. This is the worst company to work at. People are in stress and few people are also suffering from depression. They still don't understand what work-life balance is.

Whatever you do if you bring results wheather it's negative or positive does not matter what matters at WIN is learning.

The manager i worked under only pressured me more and more to do work and get my updates. He was less interested in giving me actual coding tasks.

Good people to work with. Fairly understanding. There are exceptions

Worst experience me and many employees face as thy first hire you use you then fire you within 5months as they have policy of termination.Ceo Mr Praful of this company don't even know how to run companies he is just like people of Chandni chowk who hire and fire PPL. Even hr manager here has no ethics at all her name is Preeti I warn companies not to hire such PPL who destroy company atmosphere. I don't know how big institute give degree to them .In end who ever join just keep in mind take backup of your work regularly as thy fire you without notice and terminate your computer account and in end nothing left with you and think twice before join them.

Simply amazing: from family like culture to learning opportunities to salaries and appraisal, everything exceeds expectations. One of the best organizations for growth and development.

Disrespect for your work. Constant comparisons in poor taste with US based team about work ethics and practices. Lack of workflow with no proper feedback on your work.

Marketing Coordinator

Nothing. An organization where the CEO himself abuses women employees in Zoom call in front of other team members is not LIKEABLE at all.

Management is directly involved in each and every matter.
