wacoal lanka one of the worse company i have ever seen in my life.specially the COO (Eshantha Mapalagama)creative his own culture in factory . They are not helping etc others. Also they are not helping newcomers to work within the culture .they are not eilling to lern from newcomers . Entire team follow his bad behaviors.
