It’s not safe for girls, have been harassed and mentally tortured by the director of the company and CEO. Salary they cut without information and Make us work like labor 12-14hours . No body stays here for more than 3 months

Management is not transparent (too much filtration).
No Hierarchy for work (everything is Mixed up).
No use of any normal software (everything is done manually-GS, Ms-Exl).
Have to work on Sunday/Holiday without any compensation.
Do not respect employees' work (treat emps like they are nothing).
Demotivated staff due to many reasons.
Salary deduction without notifying.
Bad Culture.

Could be learnable for freshers only.

Work culture is terrible in Varanga. They are not true to their words. Employees are not valued or respected. Mostly desk job. Doesn’t give you any kind of salary benefits, infact deduct salary in every aspect. Salaries are mostly delayed. They make you work extra time every day and doesn’t give any benefits. Worst company to work with.

Such a terrible work culture. There is no peace of mind to work. Joining a Varanga company is a big mistake for anyone. They deduct 10% salary to every month and didn't told to anything at joining time.

Absolutely very bad experience they used to fulfilled their work and haven't paid to the employees , with that very poor management skills everyone deserves much better organization
