Our Caregiver Leave gives employees up to 2 weeks of paid leave* in a 12-month period to care for an ill parent, spouse, or child. In the event of a loss, Sophos also offers up to 20 days* of paid Bereavement/Compassion Leave.

Sophos supports employees who need to prioritize their personal life events. Birthing mothers qualify for 12 weeks of paid maternity leave.* All parents (mothers, fathers, and adopting parents) welcoming a new child are eligible for 6-weeks of paid parental leave.
