what is current value in market for Kubernetes skillset?

Each and everything Toxic working culture, unknowledgeable staff. The person Santosh is a real shit. He pretend likes he knows everything, but in real he do not know anything. He is just simply a shit. I suggest everyone to not join this family business. I don't want to call it company at all
