Which one to choose

Poor management, work politics, dissatisfied with work life balance.

You will get overall exposure how a testing lab works.
You will get hands on experience various instruments such as HPLC, ICP-MS, LC-MS and GC-MS.

There is no any thing which I dislike about QbD. There is one implementation in the work is do work in shift so it increases work.
