I have 7 YOE. from Delhi

Current CTC - 9.25LPA + 75K varriable.
Working Skillset is Kubernetes and Openstack.
Current - 100% WFH

1. NTT Data- Noida
Hybrid
CTC -18 LPA + 2.5L variable.

what is current value in market for Kubernetes skillset?
How can I negotiate to get better offer?

Career suggestion

Everything was terrible including client work place and the shifts were 24x7 and only one week off. No public holidays were given instead they gave comp off which was depending on managers what they decide
Salary is not much because it is a HPE 3rd party where half of the salary is taken by prolink from HPE. Don't join Prolink please

My thought prolink computer pvt ltd good infra..but there is some pb in appraisal structure .. otherwise overall infra & also have supportive team there .. employees very good behaviour and supporting us.
