It's not company environment, you would feel like you are working on a Shop near by your home. Company will expect you to work 7 days a week with no leave policy in place.
Appraisals are average but not depends on your performance. Salaries are low as per industry standard.

This is a scam, they make the employee join without an offer letter and then do not give the offer letter and do not even pay the salary.
पैसे नहीं देते भाई फसना मत बस यहा से वहां दौड़ते है, 10 बार पैसे मांगने पर 1 बार HR 2000 भेज देगी फिर गायब हो जाएगी लेकिन काम इनको प्रॉपर चाहिए जब तक स्कैम समझ में आएगा तुम अपने 10000,20000 हजार गवा चुके होगे और फंस जाओगे। Be careful

World worst company ever seen their don't have anything transparent system, all the protocols are very doubtful. No complete traning, no sallary slip although the HR dont tell me anything transparently.
