Ok ..Nothing is there to be liked .
But MD is a Gentle man Person .

There is too much of dirty politics, bias behaviour from the senior management and poor compensation and benefits despite of showing results. Increments are based on the relationship with Senior Management and not your performance as an individual. No extra benefits are given. Most of the people don't know how to respect personal space and boundaries. It was mentally harrowing working in MUMUSO

There was a lot to learn if you could fight for it. It was more of self learning because there was no one to teach you or correct you. You have to become your own manager to excel.

It was a roller coaster ride. After every high came 20 lows.

Starting from management to store level excellent work environment and culture .. everyone motivates you to trust yourself.. great guides are present at store level.. for a newbie like me, it was a dream place. Seniors don't behave like seniors .. they are just like our friends who is going to support you through anything and everything in the office... I cannot compare any other company to mumuso... Mumuso stores and those who are in mumuso team,  thank you for being there...

Amazing.. MR. Gourab bhowmik had been my manager .. and I cannot ask for anything more... Whatever I had to learn in this sector.. it was taught and trained by him ... So yes I learned a lot during my mumuso tenure...

This is very good company. I like it all time. this company Environment is very good.

Company expects more from you but gives limited things, HR does not keep promise at all. Salary slip is not getting on time, after 8months later I got pay slip, just think about this.

No job security, hire and fire attitude of management. No bonus, no other benefits and long working hours
