Nothing. I was a fresher when I joined the company, and I slowly learned that the company doesn't even understand the employee as a human being. The CEO shouts at each employee. I never knew that this experience would turn into a nightmare within a year. The management is very poor. There is no job security, I saw so many employees joining and getting fired within a year. There is no skill development or learning. Even we didn't get a single training in a year. Work-life balance is zero. Management doesn't know how to run a team. Only the salary is good compared to other companies but they will make sure if they are paying well. They will harass you till your last breath. They torture employees even after they leave the organization. It is better to avoid such people for your mental well-being.

CEO is not looking for employees but they are looking for daily wage workers who are not allowed to go anywhere when entered in office just have to work 10-12 hours and get salary of just 4.5 hours because they are 15 min late. Total fraud doing business by taking name of other company and this company employees claiming to be employees of McAfee especially sales team. Total fraud firm..

This company is a scam totally. Jyoti,Imran khan, the leaders are a total bad people. They call the old people in US and other countries by saying that we are McAfee and charge them $279 , $379. The are fraudsters. Do not ever trust them. They do not pay salaries on time. Save yourself from these scammers. Jyoti and Imran are totally mother*****

Amazing place to work and learn. If you are lucky you might get a chance to speak with the CEO of the company. It has been life changing experience for everyone who did. Fortunately I was one of them, my perception of the world completely changed after my first interaction with him.

They are scammers. This company scam US citizens.

Senior Support Engineer 2

1. The CEO of the company is biased about things and lectures about politics, religion and issues that a normal company would not do. He not only discusses but tries to persuade everyone to think his way.
2. The shift timings are said for 9 hours but if the CEO is taking a meeting, where he is blabbering about random things, be ready for a 12 hour shift that day.
Note : The director tries to compensate it with the employees by telling them to come an hour late to work but you still got to do your 8 hour shift.
3. Even though the company has a fantastic product, the method of sales seems very sketchy. You can hear guys shouting on the customer who is in their 60s, telling them how infected their PC is and they need to get McAfee Antivirus for which they charge between $180 -$379 which is actually the cost of the browser and provide the customer with browser.
4. Some people in the organisation are quite rude.(Most of them are okay).

1. The CEO of the company(who lives in U.S.A.) tries to stay connected to the employees. Asks for what employees want from the organisation.
2. The Director of the company Mr. Khan is a nice human being and balances everything quite well.
3. The incentives are quite good and you'll get higher salary than what you were getting if you clear the interview which is taken by the Director himself.
4. The leadership team tries to make you feel that you are a part of the family.
5. Qikfox browser(the product) is an amazing product for everyone across the planet.

Everything, worst company i have saw in my job, if anyone wants to join please check attrition rate of this company, managed by phoney & goon guys.
