I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

Work wasn't allocated as per job role. One must be ready to do any work here.

1.  You can be blamed for the lamest reason possible.
2. Micro managing by the managers.
3. Always having "insufficient funds".
4. Small team yet not manageable and favouritism exists.
5. No scope for promotion and appraisal.

Operations Executive

1. No clear management structure. Need better structure for proper functioning of the firm.
2. The HR rules are company biased, with no benefits for the employees.
3. Appraisal and performance bonus have no clear and set basis for evaluation and generally happen on favouritism.
4. The deliverables are not well defined during the entire course of work tenure. 
5. No proper and clear communication with the management about projects and employee grievances.
6. Management needs to become more employee centric to reduce the attrition rate in the company.

Manager

No pluses for the company. As a new employee one might feel taken care of by the company for a short while, generally until probation ends. You might also get to travel under normal circumstances depending on the department you’re working in.

Fraud company , Chennai office is closed. No promotion and have all virtual offices . Fake promises to employees and only thing is they hire and in 3 months they Fire you without notice period and payment not paid to employees.

Sales Executive

Work Culture horrible and doesnot have proper management and after recruitment and on job training suddenly they will terminate you with all excuses. My Overall experience are horrible. I recommend not to join if you have less package offer still go fo it.

The Company doesn't have a proper Structure and work load and expectations are very high and nothing good about the organisation. Its an terrible experience all together. I suggest not to join the company as they simply waste time.

Horrible no particular shift timing and always overloaded with work even if you are in training session.

Operations Manager

The company doesn't have a clear vision of what they do, especially when it comes to people management. No job security for sure. Termination is a very casual thing in this company, and without any proper reasons, and never care about what damage it does to the employee's career. Relieving process are the worth here and its a nightmare for every employees working in this company. They trouble you so much during the relieving and makes huge scene to escape from paying the last working month salary and issuing relieving letters.

From my experience with this company, there's no one who had job satisfaction during their course of employment, and there's no one who had a smooth relieving from the company

Rude, uncultured behaviour of some of the colleges compelled me to leave the company.

Senior Accountant

MD is very young and dynamic personality but he is not able to resolve the issues of employees.
