Offer 1 - 36-37 LPA - Hyderabad Hybrid - Service company (30K Employee).

Offer 2- 30 LPA - Bengaluru Hybrid - Product Company(Less famous product company, but basis the interview I liked the company).

Last CTC 29 LPA including Bonus.

11 YoE .NET Dev, Offer 1-36 LPA Hyderabad vs offer 2- 30 LPA Bengaluru

The company overworks everyone without any additional benefits.
Employees have to work overnight (multiple 24+ shifts, My record is 35 hours) and holidays without Overtime salary. They take every bit of the energy from employees. And all the benefits will be only for the managers.
