Once in 5 - 6 month, we all go to some place for around 20 days, we work from there, enjoy there, Rome around the beautiful city and carry on the fun!

Notice period, early join
My current company notice period is two months
23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024.
But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb!
I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period.
