Job Switch: Accept 8.2 LPA Offer or Wait for a Better Opportunity?
I currently have a package of 5.4 LPA, which will increase to 6.3 LPA from May 1st (after 4 months). I have received an offer from another organization for 8.2 LPA, which is about a 49% hike on my current salary and a 29% hike on my upcoming package.
I have 1 year and 8 months of experience. Should I accept this offer, try to negotiate for a 50% hike on my 6.3 LPA (i.e., around 9.45 LPA), or wait a few more months for a better opportunity?
