C-DAC - Current CTC 8lpa v/s Impetus Offer 11 LPA, should I join?
Hi all,
I am currently working at C-DAC. Here current CTC 8.5LPA and in near future will be getting 10 LPA offer. Now I got an offer from Impetus technology for the role of software engineer with CTC of 11 LPA in the same city and 50k is the joining bonus. Should I join?? or look for another opportunity? 45 days notice period in current company, 3 months in Impetus
