Which company should i choose?

Salaries won't be paid for 6 months in a year, I am regretting that I joined this company.
Selfish management , not trustworthy.
No work life balance, no proper planing of project development , 
CEO and Managers interferes in your personal life and asks you about your plans on weekends and holidays, if they feel that your plans are not important , they will force you to work on weekends and holidays.
I worked with loyalty and always been supportive , but at last when I resigned as they were not paying me, they didn't settle the F&F and didn't not give the relieving letter.
