1) Salary is not released on time. 
2) Employee policies are changed on a whim however the COO feels. 
3) As soon as you want to leave you are treated as if u r stealing from them
4) After submitting my resignation, I was informed that I will be marked as absconding even though I gave resignation and notice. Even after 3 months I have not received my F2F. They won't reply to the mails too.
5) Would never recommend the company to anyone
6) They will remove employee without any notice whenever they feel like doing it
