Overall a good experience good colleague supportive manager at times,worst hod pressuring Pre sales for booking which is completely dependent on sales team and not on Pre sales if you are expecting sales from Pre sales department then give them that much training as well and even on giving multiple bookings there is no scope of incentive,no job security no hr involvement at all worst environment after the new hod no scope of growth,hr should deep dive into the Pre sales department,whole floor and staffs are leaving due to unwanted pressure by hod.worst quality Miss Shir** was much better ♥️😪...Read More

I dont like about my company the guardians real estate is that Most people dont work properly as we are sales driven company so obviously we have to sell if we dont then obviously we dont justify our salary but company have such kind of people who dont drive sales and still is in company and the worst part is that they are getting more salary from whom who selling more or achieving more targets then them so atleast salary should be by there current potentiality no past background...Read More

Some of the colleagues were good, the quality of work, clients, etc. Office location and initial work policies.

Dislikes

HR policies changing constantly, revoking certain work flexibility, making all Saturdays working work flow has reduced to almost nothing, mico-managing as that will drive more business. Revoking flexible working hours to ensure salary cuts.

One of the worst company to work with. Every agent in presales is put on PIP for silly reason as coming late by 5 mins, No incentives at all. HR is puppet of HOD. Salary delay is normal with any intimation. No promotion no growth. Presales agent is suppose to work as sales manager
