Amazon always gives clear instructions about what they want from us and try to make it easier to do.
I am a grateful to be a part of Amazon.
Dislikes: There is only one thing that is, I always want to be a part of Amazon as a permanent employee.
But they usually hire on contract basis for 3 months.
Likes: Leave policies are nice. Dislikes: If manager dislike you for whatever random reason you will have to leave the company and tou cannot even reach out to HR to raise concerns.
Some managers can get very toxic

Dislikes: Nowadays everything is just downhill, no good bonus, increment was a joke. Got promotion but they increased not even 8% of the current salary.
