Round 1

Resume Shortlist

Interview Experience
It was based on current CPI.
Interview Tips
It is very important that you make your resume according to the requirement of the company and profile. Get it reviewed by your seniors 3 or 4 times
Round 2

Group Activity

Interview Experience
The group activity was for a groups of 8, related to the profile of the company. We were given study material related to the company. And the same was taken back after sometime and we were supposed to submit a presentation out of what we learnt. 8 out of 10 groups were selected.

  • Section 1: Technical test
Interview Experience
A general planning and scheduling problem pertaining to their nature of business was given. My internship at L&T and a course on Construction management helped a lot in this
Round 4

HR Interview

Interview Experience
Basic HR questions like, Why Bramco, why not conventional core companies, etc were asked. Situational questions on the integrity of the applicant were also asked. My interview went very well.
Round 5

Technical Interview

Interview Experience
Questions based on my internship at L&T were asked. There were 1/2 technical questions on marble flooring which I could not answer. The interviewer also asked if i knew AutoCAD and gave a small problem to demonstrate it practically on his PC. I did not perform to his liking on this part.
Overall it was not bad, considering that the interviewer liked the part about my internship.
At this point, 10-12 people were shortlisted.
Round 6

Other Interview

Interview Experience
The final interview was supposed to be on skype with the Group president. But due to some technical issues, i had an interview on the phone for about 3 hours including network interruptions.
Questions ranged from role play, realistic case studies on technical and management aspect of nature of business of the company., case study to check applicant's integrity, etc.
In the interview panel, both the interviewers were also present so as to check consistency if answers.
General Tips
Do not take aptitude preparation lightly.

some companies ask for essays. Put your best efforts in it.
Motivation for applying
This was the only core company that I applied for, because of the managerial aspect of the profile and inclination of the company towards aesthetic design.
