The salary is very low. It gets credited on the 15th or every month so that means if you resign at the end of a month you would have worked 15 extra days for the comapany

Leave time was 6.30 but leave at 7.30 8. 1 leave per month not transferred to next month 9. No Saturday off generally IT companies have Saturday off 10. To much work pressure in given time span

The company salary cycle 15 to 15 middle of month. company office timing 10 AM to 6PM but id you logged in late buy one second means 10:01 AM then you they will consider that day is half day and you will get half day salary for day. You can not take full mug of coffee from machine. And the culture is not cool. My experience is too bust for this organisation. this is only not my opinion but its all employees opinion for this company. all employees has left this company and rest of resigning on daily basis.

The only good thing which I faced in Zucol were my Team Leader and the team itself. But unfortunately due to toxic work culture, both of the aspect are not there currently.

...press one's own notion. Everyday new policies are created more than that in LIC. Deductions in the salary is a common thing that for basless reasons. In fact, employees growth is not appreciated in this company. Even the management has its own spy-like employees in each team who gives regular updates about internal matters of the group. The lowest salary scale provided in the industry.

Dont join i would suggest as they dont have work to give that too fraud work completing assugnments of foreigners where they charge 1 assignment for nearly 10k 15k but while they pay u. Just come & experince the shit of this place. They wont let u work peacefully. Still they expect u to give more efforts. 60k immpossible target still they make u do it. But u cnt go bryond it as they wont & dont want to pay u incentives. Bohot bhikari co. Hai basically.

... there and get scolds for sitting idle. When its their fault they dont give wrk. No payment their are cuts and unlawful deductions in salary. Literal Chindi chor. Very bad experience.
