Work load, you have to do same thing again and again, worst job security, No work life balance, Manager can call anytime even 3 am or Sunday and you have to go to office.

Overall a good company for freshers. You can get freedom to work on your relevant skill sets. Flexible work hours, a good management team which is available for every employee at any time. The project is the main highlight and it makes the company as a product based organisation. I had a great time here as being a full time employee.The technical team, HR team are quite good in terms of support.

Work life balance can be a matter of concern but that depends upon the workload.

Fresher get more exposure to showcase their talent, creativity, innovative ideas. Salaries are credited on time, At the time of appraisal you get good hikes.

With the benefits of getting good appraisal and salaries on time there's a lot of pressure to meet the deadlines, certainly this you can't consider as dislikes but yes sometimes work load is more and it's a good learning curve for freshers how to deal with these kind of situations.

This company is one man(manager) army company. There is very bad work culture here. Manager is too rude. There is no career growth for experienced developer. Most of the leads are manager relatives.
