To be honest I don't like anything many of my friends who have good knowledge in technology are fired bcz of too much pressure from tl for no reason.some they went for team outings .

Worst team leader in dot net department.if u r good in buttering then u may survive there otherwise hirring and firing is very common there.Too much politics don't go there if u are not fresher.

Management doesn't have a vision for growth, they don't want to retain their team who have been loyal and dedicated towards organisational objective.
