Management is very very bad, poor management don't ever know how to treat equally with employee, huge discrimination between local and outside manpower, nothing to learn and develop skills if you want to learn and develop your skills you should have to do by yourself only noone will support you. Very bad politics, Reputed company with lot of worst management.

Not enough professional development. Mismatch in work style and environment. Seeking fair market compensation. Inspired by other company/leadership style.

Working organizations not good, even shift is finished manager's are forcing to do extra time without any pay😆😆 I have resigned 1.5 year's before but i still I didn't get any experience letter and Settlement 😁😁

If you are onrole then may be you are satisfied by your salary.

It leds to 4-5+ years to be onrole in this company. It's very tough for youngsters to invest their half decade and then after company still refuse to be them as a permanent employee.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is high. There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joining.
