Bonus is nice and cafeteria is also good

Dislikes

Work environment is really bad and HR involves themselves much more than is required. Even the manager does not take sides when HR gets involved much more than required. HRs don't know about tech and still they interfere in the matters. Sometimes for the freshers they will make mentors who does not have any knowledge. Very rigid environment. Politically very active and less chance of career growth.

Very very much micromanagement Every day meeting- what you did, what you will do, any unnecessary questions and ultimately he is right, and you are wrong in any case. even if your boss fault is there, still you are guilty If you argue with him or try to explain, will take it personally and you can see by the face expression. Sr. People at DGM level, just doing time pass sirf aana or ghar jana, no input, no knowledge, but working for 20 years, but knows nothing and leading the department. People need to update, change way of work, adopt new things....

Nothing as much, but sometime micro monitoring of your work is the issue.

Good company for freshers with starting package and good appraisal till 3-4 years.

Dislikes

Tech stack is decided by managers/HR. An employee good in a different tech stack is not allowed to change its team based upon his/her interest.
