Fraud Company!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have wasted my precious time working for them. Work for some food or courier delivey company Atleast they give you what u deserve.

...en bother to respond the calls After completing my term for relieving letter. -Almost gave 5k as monthly salary if you does not achieve the targets.

I left organization in COVID 19 they didn't pay for the work . Organization is just money oriented. Me and my family was suffering from the pandemic situation and shared all the details on mail still they were asking me to work. Worst organisation never recommend.

Some managers are really good and they are supportive.

Dislikes

Regarding payment,I worked sincerely due to some emergency I have to leave.They din't pay me during my notice period and even my commission was on hold.

...it was one of the worst job I ever had due to pandemic we started WFH if we are not meeting the targets no salary and nothing has been given by Y Axis only harssment.....

Dislikes

...I was also suffering from Covid 19 , I have submitted my all medical documents . Still I have not received any salary and after that I took break . The work pressure was very high . Some time I have to work 14 to 20 hours a day .I have to attend clients calls in the evening and some time late night .Managers do not value , after rejoin the work from office in Novemeber 2020 and again no salary only work and haressment they are just needing form employees 100% work don't ask for salary.......

The company is diligent when it comes to monitoring performances, salary credits and incentives.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

The managers are biased. Immense pressure of sales. Last Sunday is working. They require a reason to approve leaves. You have to submit your mobile. The washroom is located outside office. You have to write all the break timings including washroom breaks which feels like a school.
