Too much internal politics. Management is poor. Too much favourism in appraisal and promotions. No professionalism. Since it got take-over, leaves are drastically reduced. Health Insurance coverage is less.

They hire new people then they ask them that organisation don’t have projects, even if the employees clear client interview. First of all internal projects interview they are taking is like it’s rocket science, they reject you in internal interviews. & after few days they ask for resignation. Very bad experience,

Nothing..i didn't get any project till 3 months..and after that they told me to resign saying we cannot pay u as your skills are not matching with our projects..they told me to share my screen and took my resignation..it's pathetic..

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
