There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

... are working after logout time only those employees are dedicated by manager. They are providing variable pay and bonus only favourite employees. They allocated for training only favourite employees. Executive cant talk with managers. If you talk them team lead will take action.they are doing work pressure.and in work pressure you will do many errors.Then team lead will show error to managers. Manager are not interested in Root cause of error. Canteen are pathetic. They don't have hygiene.you will get rats and crocroch in kitchen. On Saturday and Sunday you will not get any food in canteen. You have take only tea and biscuits whole days.

The company is good, HR policy is good, Carrier growth is slow, less salary compare to other companies, not good project to work on new technologies and they don't have to intend to do so.

if you buttering to your manager then you will grow, otherwise, it doesn't matter how good you are in your skills. if you butter your Manager then you will grow even you don't have any skills

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.
