As I am working since 2007, I know the work culture & process to achieve my goal. Job security is there.

Salary structure is not as per designation. New joining employees getting more than existing experienced employees, those who were working since long.

...n Wirtgen group. Company policy is well formed. Systematic, well trained team. Good pay scale and decent compensations. Excellent infrastructure, nice canteen/ pantry facilities.

All good in company. Commuting to the company is little far from Pune city.

... is the transparent there is a hug cafeteria and the gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good,appraisals are hair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues primary is decent but for your growth is slow there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

No job role clarity, demands multitasking, Salary is decent but career growth is slow n increment on promotion is also as per company average. Not a good company for freshers as in operations I have witnessed carriers ending of people regardless of experienced or freshers just on the basis of ego.
