Work Culture is little obsolete. No direct communication for work profile.

Freedom to work with your own magnificent mindset. Company is mainly offline channel centric organization. Provides adequate support to it's channel partners to cope up with digital market centric competition, etc.

Dislikes

No salary increment since 5years even if you are the top performer. Lack of focus in post sales operations i.e. service. No brand promotional activities for brand development. No long term strategies for the product category i.e. product line or width expansion, etc

There is nothing to say regarding wimplast.the only this is that you can handle big molds.

There is management here to here employees problems.but every superior will order to do work and says that complete work and go.

The Company is open to develop skills & latest technologies, you will get good exposer and experience because of our multitalented boss.I Personally enjoyed and learnt a lot.

Nothing is there to dislike, every thing is ok except climatic (hot) conditions.
