They work for clients who have poor reputation in the market. They give some illogical hiring criterias. The CTC they offer are below the industry standard. They require candidates with good experience and skillsets but without offering them good package. And the consultancy just pressurizes their employees for getting good candidates for their clients no matter even if no one is willing to accept that offer. They never listen to the problems the employees face. If we say that it is difficult to find candidates with such criteria they say that we are giving excuses and we are not capable enough. Its like they expect us to fetch the moon without a spacecraft.

Dislikes

This company does not pay salary to their employee even after promising to pay every month. They simply site some reason like saying you didn't give suitable candidates so we cannot pay you this month. They say this is a full time job but it seems we are working as freelancers where there is not guarantee of salary. And they can sack you any moment without any prior notice. They expect the employees to give resignation letter while leaving but they do not provide any termination letter while terminating the employment. They do not follow any procedure, they simply ask you to leave.

The company has a good work environment and culture.. I love the way of work performed in the company as its very easy... Another plus point is that my seniors and colleagues who always support each other in work... I had a great experience with waays and solutions

Dislikes

Proper and timely compensation is provide, growth is good.. The work pressure is on average. Managers value an individuals' unique strength which is very important part from my point of view

I like the environment in which people work. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
