1) No salary hike 2) Managers and HRs are totally dumb and they do not respond of emails and team chat. 3) No appraisal time cycle 4) Duffer CEO, he does not know how to run the company. Not sure till how long this company will survive.

Employee will be treated with superior respect and growth opportunities are all over the organisation, they will provide the employee with enough skill development and learning environment

Salary range is lesser than industry standards.

Likes

Good MNC to work with and teammatesare supportive. There's an huge opportunity to learn new technologies and always there is a scope for improvement. Flexibility of timing and work life balance is good. Company have lots of projects with different skills set.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Notice period is too high to get new opportunities.

Compensation is the only positive in Virtusa, rest all the factors which constitute a corporate work culture were terrible. I can't be happier after leaving Virtusa.

Work Culture is pretty bad, learning opportunities are there but managers don't allow that to happen, No clear policies, no promotion/hike given by organisation.

Compensation structure for anyone who joined after 2020 Feb doesn't have variable pay

HR recruiters are pathetic. Bad career choice for MBA graduates on Consulting track No training/ up skilling related on functional domain Operates as body shop and T0 folks consider themselves demigods.
