I worked here so hard and company gives a excellent Service. Salary is always on time. Great and good senior and junior. I never work under pressure here. Such a beautiful and excellent job here.

It was very bad experience in this company very much politics in the management level MD should discuss with exit employees as well as new employees otherwise they should open an university to produce marketing people

.Such a toxic workculture .Too much politics .Employees who are working there for years think they are the boss .So much insecurity among the employees related to job .There is no discipline .No professionalism .Doesn't care about the mental health .Mannerless people .No HR policies and benefits .Increment is not based on work Seniors are not supportive at all, they have become seniors just because they have been working there for more than a decade. They don't know how to talk professionally, keep using abusive works while communicating. They just keep bitching. Keep putting blame on juniors. .Employees are not acknowledged and rewarded.
