I never liked Vindhya this is really worst company ever. I came to know that they were oppressed along with disabilities or they gave me salary fund only.. All HR, Manager and TL always lies, mannerless, abusive language or scolded..

I disliked working more without OT, getting late, no holidays, work pressure and so on

I have been enjoying with my teammates .Job security was good .In this company career didn't growing because of less salary work environment was good

Salary is very less not adjust in Bangalore in this salary

I personaly appreciate the Company for giving me the apportunity and experience to work on this platform. MD, Manager, Team leader, staff worker are friendly as well.

One thing I dislike is that salary is much less comparing to work pressure .

I believe that the colleague and the culture of the company was good at some level. I have learnt a lot from my managers and problem.

Low salary, no learning program for employees, management is not up to the mark

Environment of the company is friendly and healthy There is no such more strictness. They always have walk in interviews. HR department and support staff are the best desk of the company.

The most important thing salary is very less. 10.5K is very less Salary for a fresher also. Asking girls to complete their targets and extend their stay till late evening. TL's rude behaviour. They don't conduct fun activity. Lack of appreciation. Pick and drop facility not available. 5 working days is not there. If all the above points will make any impact on the company.. then please increase the salary for all of us... And appreciation too which we don't get actually.
