The salary offered is very decent . Also good opportunities to go ahead . The role offered was very good too .

Dislikes

The colleagues are very friendly and helpful . But Giving feedback to authorities is not encouraged . The coordinators and current vice principal of the malad Centre do not possess the necessary skill of Conflict resolution . Work culture from the authorities is unfortunately of sarcasm and putting the subordinates down. They can end your employment anytime without anything to do with your excellent performance, just on the basis of whether they personally like you or not . They can also feel threatened by people who are more intelligent and use their aunthority terminate employees.
