I dislike working in varroc. 1 . promotion very daily 2. Employe salary is very low 3 every month salary cut all employee 4 kayzon , & no profite employee 5. Security is very bad 6. Contract base employee have no profit from this company

Has great Employee friendly Policies , Transparent culture , One can implement lot of innovative practices and process , Work environment is good , Lot of employee engagement activities at Corporate and at Plants , Superiors give lot of Independence to work , Work life balance is there , flexible work time

...ing. Staff is very helpfull and supportive. The wok and life is quite good here. But the one think I wanted to say that salary is very much poor. You will never get the salary you deserve so there is no value for your work no one approciate you of you do the great job. So if you want a balance life the Varroc is definitely a very good place. But if you want a good salary then please don't go for Varroc. Thank you!

HR policies are not good and can't expect good hike (no hike as per year's of Experience) and at the end need to switch organization due to not good increment, if you have good current package then only think to join varroc.
