As I have worked, till ZSM-3rd line position, looking after, 4 states, heading 100+ team, consisting of RSMS, ASMS, MRS. I was , given full liberty to use my creativity, and my travelling, extensively, would , give me pleasure,. Here hierarchy part is missing, though they have allocated, me single handedly, to look after all central & state Govt institutions, but I dont enjoy, my position and hierarchy.

Its a employee friendly, company. People here are, educated to be generous. MD is a visionary. Hr-manager, is professional and well mannered. supply, accounts, house keeping, reception have , got good and talented people.
