I learned a lot after getting the job The environment is very good. Departmental work I do receiving and dispatching letters. I do various departmental work.

Dislikes

The problem is that salary is too small. Salary dose not increase. If you work, you have money, if you don't, you have no money. No work no pay.

Some teachers are knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Most of the faculty members are not knowledgeable, performs outdated research, Incapable to publish research works in top tire journal and conferences. Still following British era clerical culture. Takes at least one year to get your PhD degree from submission of thesis.

It's name and heritage

Dislikes

too much of politicisation. All administrative position starting from Dean, Secretary are under political control. Academic excellence does not matter,what matters is political alignment.

Likes

Vice Chancellor and other senior officials are very cooperative and values dynamism. Being govt job, it has all sorts of security.

Dislikes

Many staff works very slow and still there is lack of proper work culture

It's indeed a good University for career development & openings for future prospect.

Dislikes

Regarding research, though there remains some badly needed instrument but most of the time, due to negligence of the authority, remain useless.
