There is a lot of politics and on the 2nd level management doesn't address our issue or problems salary depends about you link how much you have link no matter anyone capable or not.

...ld like to you give very very bad feedback beacuase it will not be improve soon. They will not be hike salary and also not giving bonus and other compensation.

...loyee how to give more and more target to our employee and how to terminate him. Salary is decent but career is slow. Also there are no job security the company can terminate the employee anything without giving any information and intimation. The company is good but the management is bad need to improve the management first then employees. Everything is bad from my point of view and I think company should shut its project or need to change its policy from B2B to B2C.

What didn’t I enjoy about Hiveloop Technologies? Oh, just the inspiring pay structure, where senior leadership pocketed astronomical salaries and ESOPs, sometimes over 2 crores a year, while the rest of us got the privilege of ‘character-building’ compensation. It’s always motivating to see that only those at the top truly reap the rewards—it really made us all feel like one big, happy team!
