I don't like anything about this company. Not at all.

...mingly trivial reason – "we have analyzed u don't think truelancer is for you." The salary is the worst; I never received my fixed salary as they consistently made deductions. You're allowed only one paid leave per month, and any additional leaves result in deductions. The company is rife with politics, lacks a proper hiring process, and imposes unrealistic weekly and monthly targets. There's excessive interference in interpersonal relationships; they discourage friendships with boys. Out-of-office behavior is harshly judged. I strongly advise against it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The work culture is so toxic it's beyond imagination.

If you want to waste your time and energy, please join this company. They will fire you on baseless arguments and deny your salary. The managers are not helpful at all, they just want results without even an ounce of guidance.

The company has no hierarchy of working pattern even there is not good support by company and most importantly they can remove you anytime from the company giving a nonsense excuses just to earn and take your hardwork money. lastly they even use unprofessional language.

Very unprofessional because they increase the target without even informing and Management is very bad, manager, corrupt environment, and at last they terminate for no good reason even when you resign first, lol
