If they have accepted it, not paying salary again is questionable. * Policy Inconsistency: This treatment suggests inconsistent policy application, likely due to a lack of proper HR capabilities. What can be expected from a fresher. * Poor Hygiene: Furthermore, the Pune office exhibits a very poor hygiene quotient. The office starts to smell unpleasant by midnight, and the toilet stench is unbearable. The washrooms are in a deplorable condition, and there is a significant lack of proper cleaning staff. This has significantly impacted my overall experience at TruckX. Based on these issues, particularly the significant shortcomings of the HR and management, TruckX is the worst company I've worked for."
