Work Environment is good & everybody is very cooperative.

There is no salary involved, it's a commision based job suppose a client moves to Portugal then you're paid 20k, firstly it seems easy but nobody moves in a month even those who really want to go will take 6 months & once they move then you're paid after 6months. For instance the client refuses to go at last then you're not paid anything not even phone reimbursement or anything for your time and efforts. Firstly everybody thought it's a fraud organization who doesn't pay but it's not fraud but yes it doesn't pay. Most of the people on important post are their close one & they get the cream whereas you don't even get the waste product. For experience it is good but for salary it's zero
