Good work environment to work. Good culture. Fair appraisals n good bonus. Good natural environment with greenery. Good company policy. Top management is not taking correct decision for company growth.

Dislikes

Top management is not going to root level for all the employees.

1. Timely setting of objectives and effective review of the set targets on frequently. 2. Direction to the team on set targets.

Dislikes

1. Top management was not having direct contact with managers to understand the ideas/situations to take right decision at right time. Meeting Managing Director with prior appointment was the big challenge. 2. MD was not taking decisions at right time.

There is no Work life balance, Uniform load distribution, working people's are not good especially high level enjoying and blaming the low level people's..
