Approach of the company has degraded drastically. 11) There are no discussion for expansion of the organization and entering different fields. 12) Bring your own fan or cooling devices are AC are only for displays during the day time and will be closed at 5 pm.

The company is currently having some really good oil & gas and fertiliser projects. I was lucky to have work for 2 of them. Company is also getting good projects from Toyo Japan where one can get opportunity to travel to Toyo Japan office for learning & working on the same. One can also find very high job security compared to other consultancies.

Dislikes

Growth is decent but compensation is really low as compared to other consultancies. Work pressure is very high and there is no work life balance. Department politics is also high and people are forced to come to office on weekends due to that.

Good for initial years of career as you get to work on various fields or areas. Job security is very high as compared to industry.

No work life balance. Salary is not good enough as compared with work. Management level politics can be seen.

It's very nice place to work. Supporting staff, very discipline atmosphere. No major work load.

Managers are horrible they torture employees with hopeless level of communication.they don't guide for better work culture,they only dominate employees so he will be in depression all day
