...he organisation. Discrimination inbetween old and new emplyees e.g. TPL1 & TPL2. Frequent changes happening in employees welfare polices by reducing benfits interms of special HR & mobilty bonus etc. Removing employess frequently as per their wish without assiging any valid reasons by calling them in Business Analysis Meeting at Ahmedabad in fornt of HR. It's just a pressure technic for removing employess. Overall it's not an employee freindly employer. Trust deficit is also a big issue inbetween employess and employer.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year for achievers.

Company provides 2nd & 4th Saturday off and Uniform which saves cost of appeals.

Dislikes

...an productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.
