Mom and Pop shop, Hire and Fire culture. Near about 40+ team members joined and fired in past 6 months, some of them were fantastic with their work, team size is 25 members. And Firing takes only a minute without any any notice Formal communications are entertained through whatsApp It's not a proper company, it's an OPC (one person company). No HR. No Appraisal, their buisness modal is like, hire then use for few months and fire if they ask raise. They will not give you leave calendar, because they want to give only 4-8 holidays instead of 10. No relieving letter, Form16 nothing. (Please verify your monthly TDS, is it going to government) You will struggle a lot in formalities while switching to any MNC. Code is Outdated, No Standard at all, Code review is joke here (please do not expect any learning here) You have to be on call (google meet call) throughout working hours. And lot more ( you can feel the cheapness in the environment there)
