And Firing takes only a minute without any any notice Formal communications are entertained through whatsApp It's not a proper company, it's an OPC (one person company). No HR. No relieving letter, Form16 nothing. (Please verify your monthly TDS, is it going to government) You will struggle a lot in formalities while switching to any MNC. Code is Outdated, No Standard at all, Code review is joke here (please do not expect any learning here) You have to be on call (google meet call) throughout working hours. And lot more ( you can feel the cheapness in the environment there)
