The company is a innovative and latest technology. It was good experience. The work atmosphere and job was really good. The work environment, teammates, travel all are really fantastic it was secure for girls.

Dislikes

Salary was not satisfied. The work pressure is high. I have to work 10 to 12 hours. Sometimes working time became extended. The company work with night shifts.

As a diploma holder it is good to work with thought focus, good HR support, team leads are friendly. I really appreciate thought focus to get me in to work with them🙂.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The management is rowdy, they won't solve any problems. They didn't give me last month salary, the work place is very bad even no AC and Fan, lift is not working properly. The manager Sanjay is criminal mind, thief, villainous. There is no medical insurance for employees. The pentry is open air, we had to stand in queue for wash room. I had to work for 10 hours including 2 hours extra daily basis. They are giving appraisal in two years. They are giving mental torture to employees. Their policy is use and throw. This is the worst and beggar company in the world.

Here HR means nothing because many people joined here as a remote work with less package but after joined they have changed the policy and asked for relocation immediately. All projects duration is 2 months and after that again new project allocation fight interview.
